01Can VICSTARS customize a machine for our product?+
Yes. We can evaluate machine size, functions, tooling and automation around your part, material, process and required output.
02What information is needed for an initial evaluation?+
A drawing, sample, material specification, target capacity and a description of your current process are the most useful starting points.
03Can you plan a complete production line?+
Yes. Projects can cover a standalone machine or a coordinated production line, depending on the manufacturing process and project boundary.
04Can customers visit the factory?+
Factory visits are available by appointment. Scheduling in advance lets us prepare the relevant machines, parts and engineering discussion.
05How are machines tested before shipment?+
Testing and acceptance requirements are defined with the project. Customers may provide actual workpieces when application testing is required.
06What after-sales support is available?+
Support scope, installation assistance, training and warranty terms are confirmed in the individual project proposal so responsibilities remain clear.
